Booking Terms & Conditions

BOOKING FEES
To secure our services for the specified date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required within 10 days of the quotation date, payable via EFT. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the date will be released and made available to other clients. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the agreed wedding date.

 

BOOKING TIMES
Start and end times will be confirmed between the client and The I Do Crew. Typically, we allocate approximately 1 hour for make-up and 1 hour for hair per person. All individuals scheduled for services on the wedding day must be available at the agreed-upon time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the client cancel the booking, the 50% booking fee is non-refundable. In the unlikely event that The I Do Crew is unable to perform the agreed services, we will either recommend a suitable replacement hair and/or make-up artist or refund your booking fee in full.

 

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made with 14 days or less until the event date require full payment upfront to secure the date.

 

BRIDAL TRIALS
Bridal trials are only available on Sundays and must be scheduled in advance.

 

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By confirming that you would like to proceed with the services as per the quotation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
